TERMS and CONDITIONS:
1. This software is in extremely early alpha testing phase. At this time all gameplay is strictly in a test phase and may be reset in upcoming versions.
2. The industries, materials and processes used in this simulation are sometimes modeled after real industries, materials and processes for the purposes of simulating a realistic world. However these are just approximated models and do not represent any real world entities or materials.
3. This software will contain the ability for users to interact. You agree that you are aware of this and are advised that this software shouldn't be used by anyone under the age of 13.
4. This website will track all users actions, and record their IP, location, device type and operating system. This is partly for usage tracking, partly for bot tracking and tracking abusive ip's, and partly for testing the website and back tracking how errors happened.
